It’s possible for you to make changes in your order until we hand it over til the carrier service. You’ll get an email as soon as the order is completed. After this you can’t make any changes. Therefore, please take care when reviewing your order and get in touch with us as soon as possible if you need to amend your order.

You are able to cancel your order from Kit until you get the email about the completed order.

3. Return Policy: Change of Mind

If you still decide to return an item due to a change of mind or personal preference:

● Costs: All shipping fees, export duties from your country, and import duties/taxes back into Indonesia will be fully borne by the buyer.

● Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all technical tags and packaging intact.

● Recommendation: Due to the complexity and high cost of Indonesian customs, we highly recommend utilizing our sizing guidance prior to purchase to avoid this process.

4. Return Policy: Manufacturing Defects

At Kitathletic, we stand behind the quality of the brands we carry. If you receive a product with a genuine manufacturing defect:

● Our Responsibility: We take full responsibility for the error.

● The Process: We will manage and fund the return shipping to our facility for technical review.

● The Resolution: Once the defect is confirmed, we will ship a replacement product back to you at no additional cost or issue a full refund if the item is out of stock.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Please note that for all overseas orders, the recipient is the importer of record. You may besubject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your country. These charges are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the buyer.
